1) Order Processing
- Preparation time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
- During promotional periods, holidays, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be longer.
2) Estimated Delivery Times
- Italy: 2–5 business days after shipment.
- European Union: 3–7 business days after shipment.
- International Orders: 7–20 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country.
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, transportation delays, customs clearance, high volumes, etc.).
3) Carriers and Tracking
- We ship via reliable carriers and postal services, based on the destination and package size.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4) Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions, as indicated on the site.
- International orders may be subject to additional costs.
5) Addresses, Failed Deliveries, and Reshipments
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of purchase.
- In case of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed packages, reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
- We do not ship to PO boxes when not permitted by the selected carrier.
6) Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before and during opening.
- Report the issue within 48 business hours of delivery via the Contact Form, attaching photos and your order number.
- In case of confirmed damage or loss, we will arrange for replacement or refund after our analysis.
7) Pre-orders
- Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in a single shipment when all products are available, unless otherwise agreed.

8) International Shipments, Customs, and Taxes
- For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local VAT, and other taxes may be applied by the destination country.
