- No reason needs to be provided to exercise this right.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- Items that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene or health reasons (sealed products, personal care items, etc.) are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of Fila Gioia 3D Lab.
3. Return Procedure
- Contact us via the Contact Form or by email at Assistenza@filagioia.com, indicating your order number.
- Await return instructions from our support team.
- Ship the product to the following address: Fila Gioia 3D Lab, Via delle Olimpiadi 11, 51100, Italia.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product, follow the same return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately via the Contact Form, attaching photographs for evaluation.
- In these cases, return shipping costs will be borne by Fila Gioia 3D Lab.
