📄 Refund Policy

At Fila Gioia 3D Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the last item ordered.
  • If the deadline falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the withdrawal period is automatically extended to the next working day.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of their decision through an explicit statement (for example, by email to socialmedia@filagioia.com or via the Contact Form).
  • In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • Items that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene or health reasons (sealed products, personal care items, etc.) are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of Fila Gioia 3D Lab.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us via the Contact Form or by email at socialmedia@filagioia.com, indicating your order number.
  2. Await return instructions from our support team.
  3. Ship the product to the following address: Fila Gioia 3D Lab, Via delle Olimpiadi 11, 51100, Italy.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product, follow the same return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately via the Contact Form, attaching photographs for evaluation.
  • In these cases, return shipping costs will be borne by Fila Gioia 3D Lab.
